Drew H is the most awesome technician. He arrives with a smile and a wonderful positive attitude. He was proficient in the diagnosis of my AC units, and brought to my attention an issue that was under warranty, and he recommended I call and have it fixed. Drew also explained what I need to do regarding further maintenance for the units. CC Meyers is lucky to have him.
